Taste notes
The nose is all tropical: sweet passion fruit, a little "mango-ish" brightness, a whisper of the juniper underneath so you remember it's still gin. On the tongue it's smooth and rounded, that tangy-sweet passion fruit leading the way with a soft citrus lift. The juniper and spice sit politely in the back rather than taking over. Finish is clean and fruity, gently sweet, none of that harsh burn. Seven filtrations does its job here. It drinks easy.
