Taste notes
The nose is all sunshine. Sharp lemon zest first, then that pine-y juniper peeking through so you never forget it's a gin. Take a sip and the citrus pops bright and clean, then settles into something rounder and a touch sweet (that's the grape base talking). Coriander and angelica root bring a soft earthy, almost herbal warmth in the middle. The finish is smooth, with a lemon tang that hangs around just long enough to make you want another.
